Banner Fort Collins Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled
** Registered Nurse – PACU
** to join our dynamic Surgical Services team. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering safe, high-quality patient care throughout the perioperative experience. You will collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the broader surgical team to ensure optimal outcomes for every patient.##

Key Responsibilities
* Perform comprehensive patient assessments before, during, and after surgical procedures
* Serve as the patient advocate throughout the perioperative process
* Maintain accurate documentation of surgical procedures and patient care activities
* Communicate effectively with the surgical team, patients, and families
* Adhere to all infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
* Float to the
** Loveland Campus OR
** as operationally needed##

Required Qualifications
* Current
** Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
** in the State of Colorado (or compact state eligibility)
* ** BLS (Basic Life Support)
** certification required
* ** ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
** certification required or must obtain within a defined timeframe
* Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced surgical environment##

Preferred Qualifications
* ** Operating Room experience strongly preferred**
* ** CNOR (Certified Nurse Operating Room)
** certification preferred
