The Part-Time Lead at Athleta in Fort Collins, CO is an on-site role focused on delivering an engaging, inclusive, and customer-centered store experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting the sales floor, guiding team members to meet service and performance goals, and ensuring visual merchandising and product presentation reflect brand standards. The Lead helps coordinate daily store operations such as opening and closing procedures, managing fitting room and cash wrap activities, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.

This role also assists with onboarding and coaching team members, promoting collaboration, and modeling Athleta’s values around active living and community involvement. The position requires flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality, inclusive customer experiences.
• Leadership capabilities, including coaching, mentoring, and supporting a team in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers and team members.
• Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems, cash handling, and store operations such as opening/closing and inventory support.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, move product, and perform physical tasks associated with merchandising and stock handling.

• Flexible part-time schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; previous experience in an apparel or active wear environment is a plus.
