• Base pay: $56,000 - $85,000 per year.
• Typical training salary: $55k – $65k.
• First year total compensation (base, bonuses, commissions): $55k – $75k, with potential to earn over $100k for top performers.

We are looking for a Sales Agent to join our team in our Westminster, CO office. Success in this role will require a strong local network and in-person relationship building in the community.

• Build and leverage a strong local network and in-person relationships in the community.
• Lead, organize, and manage time effectively to achieve sales targets.
• Provide insurance solutions, including Auto, Home, and Life products, to meet customers' unique needs.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance coverage, underwriting guidelines, and product offerings from top national and regional carriers.

• Previous employment in a sales role where you successfully turned prospects into customers.
• A state insurance license—or willingness to earn one with training and support—in Property & Casualty and Life.

• Effective written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Well-developed persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Great interpersonal skills and proven ability to build relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn insurance coverage and underwriting guidelines.
• Familiarity with finding, building, and growing leads and customer base.
