Project Sales Consultants are part of the In-Home Outside Sales Team. This is a full-time position with 100% commission and W-2 benefits. Reps typically earn between $45K and $80K, with top performers earning over $90K annually. The majority of our Sales Reps visit the local sales office once a week; on other days, they receive scheduled appointments via email and visit those from home.
Consultants' territories are approximately up to 2 hours around their home zip code. This role offers excellent compensation through pre-confirmed and pre-set appointments with customers. This is not door-to-door sales—customers have contacted Sears requesting estimates on our Home Improvement Products.
