• $50,000–$80,000 in potential annual total compensation , including base salary, commissions, and bonuses

• Connect with prospective customers to identify their insurance needs.
• Recommend appropriate coverage options and explain available products.
• Generate new business through provided leads, prospecting, and follow‑up.

• Work toward individual sales goals and agency growth targets.
• Respond to questions, address objections, and help customers make informed decisions.
• Participate in training and coaching to strengthen your insurance knowledge and sales skills.
