• Compensation: $65,000-$150,000 Guaranteed weekly rate

• Journeyman or Master Mechanical license preferred
• 3+ years of residential and/or light commercial service/install experience.
• Knowledge of applicable installation and venting codes.
• Proven track record in heating and cooling systems including ability to draw simple diagrams, read blueprints and other diagrams.
• Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices, air balancing principles and techniques, and familiarity with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
• Complete all HVAC system installations efficiently and accurately.
• Build strong customer relationships, build knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs and expectations.
• Comply with service standards, work instructions and customers’ requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High integrity with the strong desire to be better tomorrow than you are today.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Must be able to pass drug screen and background check.

• Must be physically able to be on feet 8 hours a day.
• Must be physically able to perform strenuous labor including lifting heavy objects (75lbs. and up) on a daily basis.
• Must be able to work in extreme heat and cold.
• Must be able to climb up and down a ladder numerous times throughout the day.
