We are expanding our Electrical Division and seeking a skilled and motivated Residential & Light Commercial Electrician. As a Residential & Light Commercial Electrician, you will perform installations, maintenance, and repairs for residential and small commercial projects. You’ll provide safe, code-compliant electrical solutions while delivering an exceptional customer experience aligned with Allen Service’s commitment to quality and professionalism.

• Compensation: $60k-$200k per year. Performance based pay with a weekly minimum!

• Perform residential and light commercial electrical installations, service, and repairs.
• Diagnose electrical issues, provide recommendations on repairs, and complete necessary work with precision and safety.
• Install and troubleshoot wiring, outlets, lighting, panels, breakers, and other electrical components.
• Provide upfront, transparent communication to customers with integrity and professionalism.
• Ensure all work meets or exceeds local and national electrical codes and company standards.
• Maintain accurate job documentation within Service Titan and ensure timely completion of service calls.
• Support the Electrical team and cross-trade collaboration across Plumbing, HVAC, and Drains.

• 3+ years of residential or light commercial electrical experience preferred.
• Familiarity with NEC standards, safety protocols, and troubleshooting best practices.
• Reliable, self-motivated, customer-focused professional with high integrity.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in crawl spaces, attics, and other environments.
• Must be able to participate in an on‑call rotation and occasional after‑hours work.
