As an HVAC Service Technician you will install, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems. You will diagnose and troubleshoot systems and perform preventive maintenance.

• Install, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Install, repair, or replace components like compressors, motors, fans, thermostats, filters, ductwork.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate work schedules and prioritize service calls.
• Communicate with customers professionally, address concerns, explain repair options, provide recommendations.
• Accurately document service activities, equipment status, repairs, parts, time.
• Stay updated on industry advancements, best practices, technologies.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a residential HVAC technician.
• Strong technical skills diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems.
• Solid knowledge of HVAC codes, regulations, safety standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Independent work and efficient time management.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions and confined spaces.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
