DescriptionAs an HVAC Service Technician you will install, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems. You will diagnose and troubleshoot systems and perform preventive maintenance.

- Install, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Install, repair, or replace components like compressors, motors, fans, thermostats, filters, ductwork.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate work schedules and prioritize service calls.
- Communicate with customers professionally, address concerns, explain repair options, provide recommendations.
- Accurately document service activities, equipment status, repairs, parts, time.
- Stay updated on industry advancements, best practices, technologies.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a residential HVAC technician.
- Strong technical skills diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems.
- Solid knowledge of HVAC codes, regulations, safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Independent work and efficient time management.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions and confined spaces.
- Valid driver’s license with clean record.
- Customer service focus, excellent communication, relationships.
