$35.00 – $45.00 per hour depending on experience plus spiffs.
Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and dependable Lead HVAC Installer to join our growing team. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and technical skill to oversee and complete residential HVAC system installations. The ideal candidate has a passion for quality workmanship, enjoys training and mentoring others, and takes pride in delivering top‑notch service to our customers.
Work Hours7:30 am – 5:30 pm Monday to Friday (weekends, overtime, and evenings on occasion).
Required Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in HVAC
- Proven experience as a lead installer or crew lead
- EPA Universal Certification, preferred
- Ability to read and interpret installation manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand and power tools
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
