Due to our growth, we are hiring dedicated and skilled solar installers who can start immediately. We welcome experienced installers and those with construction backgrounds, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn and grow into management roles.

• High School diploma required; some college preferred.
• Valid Colorado Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Experience in solar installation or related construction fields such as framing or roofing.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at heights (including pitched roofs), and lift 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Knowledge of rooftop water sealing and leak prevention.
• Understanding of different roof types and equipment applications.

• Are not responsible or accountable for your tasks.
• Are afraid of heights.
• Cannot work outdoors in Colorado weather.
• Have difficulty working in a team on roofs and with residents underneath.
• Are unable to demonstrate leadership or influence, with or without formal authority.
