Hahn Plumbing-Heating-AC is looking for a skilled, customer-focused HVAC Service Technician and Installer to join our Field Operations team. In this dual‑role position, you'll perform diagnostics, service, and installation of HVAC systems for both residential and commercial clients. • Service, repair, and install a range of HVAC systems in both residential and commercial settings.
• Diagnose issues and perform preventative maintenance, including cleaning, tuning, and system adjustments.
• Complete emergency and warranty repairs with professionalism and urgency.
• Interact with customers to explain findings and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain safety and quality standards on all job sites.

• Rooftop Units (RTUs)
• Commercial and Residential Split Systems
• Ductless Mini-Splits
• Standard Residential Heating and Cooling Systems

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC experience preferred
• EPA Universal Certification required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work weekends and take emergency calls as needed
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset
• Own basic hand tools (PPE provided)
• $30–$40/hour, depending on experience
• Weekly pay cycle
