Residential Electrical Service Technician

• Tuition Reimbursement

• Compensation: $60k‑$200k per year. Performance‑based pay with a weekly minimum!

• Perform residential and light commercial electrical installations, service, and repairs.
• Diagnose electrical issues, provide recommendations on repairs, and complete necessary work with precision and safety.
• Install and troubleshoot wiring, outlets, lighting, panels, breakers, and other electrical components.
• Provide upfront, transparent communication to customers with integrity and professionalism.
• Ensure all work meets or exceeds local and national electrical codes and company standards.
• Maintain accurate job documentation within Service Titan and ensure timely completion of service calls.
• Support the Electrical team and cross‑trade collaboration across Plumbing, HVAC, and Drains.

• 3+ years of residential or light commercial electrical experience preferred.
• Current Colorado Residential Wireman or Journeyman license required.
• Familiarity with NEC standards, safety protocols, and troubleshooting best practices.
• Reliable, self‑motivated, customer‑focused professional with high integrity.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in crawl spaces, attics, and other environments.
• Must be able to participate in an on‑call rotation and occasional after‑hours work.
