We believe in rewarding hard work and dedication. Our activity-based pay plan is designed to encourage safety ,
efficiency , and a strong work ethic. Here’s what you can expect:

• $0.59 per mile
• Stop pay: $25 per stop
• New hire training: $200 per day
• Holiday pay: $304 per day
• Safety training pay: $20 per hour
• Annualized earnings of $78,000 for drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months
• Daily home time
• Onsite management
• Paid online orientation
