- Safely transport passengers to scheduled destinations.
- Assist passengers entering and exiting the vehicle when needed.
- Secure wheelchairs, walkers, and other mobility equipment.
- Follow assigned routes and schedules.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections.
- Keep vehicles clean and professional.
- Communicate effectively with passengers, dispatch, and team members.
- Provide friendly, respectful, and dependable customer service.
- Complete trip documentation and required reports.
Required
- Valid Driver's License with a good driving record.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and follow procedures.
- Commitment to safety and professionalism.
- Experience in transportation, customer service, caregiving, healthcare, or hospitality.
- Experience assisting individuals with disabilities or mobility challenges.
- Professional driving experience is a plus.
No paratransit experience required. Paid training provided.
