Shift: 12-hour Day Shift ), but must be flexible to take other shifts, as needed.

Job Description:

The Emergency Department consists of an 11 bed Main ED, 6 bed ED Fast Track, and 7 bed ED Observation Unit. Nurses are expected to rotate through these areas regularly, and assist with Triage, Quick Registration, Covid Tent, and Entry Screening. Assignments are diverse and may change based on patient volume and unit needs.

Responsibilities:

• Rotate duties across Main ED, Fast Track, and Observation Unit.
• Assist with Triage, Quick Registration, and Entry Screening.
• Potentially assist with Covid testing and/or immunization clinics.
• Float to other departments as needed and perform tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years recent RN experience in the specialty.
• American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC certifications required.
• Conscious sedation certification (obtained through facility).
