We are seeking a dedicated Travel Nurse - Registered Nurse (LD - Labor and Delivery) in Fort Defiance, Arizona, earning approximately $2,657.56/week.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum phases.
- Monitor fetal and maternal vital signs, assess progress, and respond to emergencies.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Educate patients and families on postpartum care and newborn care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety protocols.
Strong clinical skills in labor & delivery, excellent communication, critical thinking, and ability to work under pressure.
