Are you friendly, organized, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment? At Community and Family Resources, we serve clients seeking treatment for a variety of behavioral health concerns. Front‑desk staff are the first smiling faces clients see, directly impacting the client experience from the moment they walk through the door.

• Conduct a brief client interview at first appointment to collect all required client information.
• Complete paperwork including release forms, fee agreements and billing arrangements.
• Verify insurance eligibility, including benefits coverage and effective dates.
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate location.
• Provide customer service by answering client inquiries and providing direction as needed.

• Associate’s degree or demonstrated equivalent experience required.

  • Monday, 8:30 a‑5 p
  • Wednesday, 9:30 a‑6 p
  • Friday, 8:30 a‑5 p
