Join as Host Home Provider – Southwest Iowa Region at Lutheran Services in Iowa.
Responsibilities- Provide person‑centered support for an adult with disabilities in your home.
- Assist with goal‑oriented tasks such as shopping, budgeting, cooking, personal hygiene, and community integration.
- Act as an advocate and mentor, guiding the individual toward self‑sufficiency.
- Complete required training, home safety check, and ongoing supervision.
- 21 years or older, reside in Iowa.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Current valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Commercial general liability insurance.
- Pass extensive screening, background checks, and home safety inspection.
- Flexibility, creativity, and passion for helping others.
Independent contractor position with annual compensation of $70,000.
Location:
Council Bluffs area and surrounding counties in Southwest Iowa.
