We are seeking a Behavioral Health Counselor/Therapist to provide services for children and adults. The role requires documenting interactions per organizational standards, ensuring confidentiality, and maintaining legal and agency records.
Responsibilities- Conduct psychosocial assessments
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
- Provide crisis, individual, marital, or family therapies
- Participate in team conferences
- Maintain detailed case records
- Educate patients and families
- Coordinate with community resources
- Document interactions per organizational standards, ensuring confidentiality, and maintaining legal and agency records
- Travel as necessary
- Master’s degree in Behavioral Science or related field
- Licensure (LMHC, tLMHC, LMSW, or LISW) in Iowa
