Client Solution Architects (CSA) is seeking a Doctrinal Training Team (DTT) Lead to support our program at Fort Dodge.

Description

CSA has delivered technology and operational support services for nearly 50 years, supporting defense and federal sector missions across various operational sites. This position is contingent upon contract award.

How Role Will Make An Impact

• Manage DTT teams supporting multiple units with flexible deployment options.
• Support live and constructive mission command training.
• Maintain current doctrine and provide updated training OPORDs and scenarios.
• Adjust team composition to support specialized branches like chemical, aviation, engineers, etc.
• Collaborate with TUC to tailor training scenarios to unit needs.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 12 years of military or DoD experience.
• Manage and schedule LVC-G activities across training centers.
• Coordinate training schedules and resources regionally and for surge support.
• Prepare training reports and maintain long-range training calendars.
• Act as a key leader and coordinate with senior staff in the absence of the SM.
