• Troubleshoot electrical problems on all equipment.
• Maintain and update electrical prints, programs, and files.
• Program TI and Allen Bradley controllers.
• Perform preventative maintenance морас.
• Analyze circuits, wiring diagrams, PLC programs, and electrical components.
• Maintain electrical spare‑proz inventory.
• Fabricate parts and assemblies as required using machine and hand tools.
• Maintain a safe work environment in accordance with established JSA.
• Prepare material and parts lists and place orders as needed.
• Direct or perform maintenance, wiring, and installation of motors, switches, panels, fuse boxes, lighting, and power circuits.
• Determine wire, conduit, switch, panel, and fuse specifications.
• Fabricate and install mounting fixtures and brackets on electrical and plumbing work.
• Inspect and maintain gas mixers and auxiliary equipment.
• Troubleshoot PLC, DEC drives, and AC drives using laptop computers.

• Knowledge of state and local electrical codes.
• Ability to read and comprehend electrical blueprints and schematic drawings.
• Extensive knowledge of industrial wiring, motors, switches, panels, fuse boxes, lighting, and power circuits.
• Basic computer skills.
• Deep understanding of electrical gauges, recording instruments, electronic sensing units, and related equipment.
• Familiarity with Allen Bradley systems, VFDs, PLC hardware and software, AC/DC circuits, 4‑20 mA circuits, and 440 MCCs.
• Understanding of electrical theory and principles, wiring specifications, codes, and application of electronic equipment.
