The Nurse Practitioner (NP) provides comprehensive primary care in a community health setting under medical director supervision.

• Perform health assessments, manage acute and chronic conditions, and promote health education for diverse populations.
• Execute patient evaluations, treatment, minor procedures, emergency care, team collaboration, protocol development, and documentation.
• Participate in continuing education, quality improvement, and after‑hours call duties.

• Current NP license in Iowa.
• Board certification in family or primary care.
• Experience with underserved populations.
• CPR/BCLS certification.
• Preferred bilingual English/Spanish skills.
