Silgan Containers is hiring a Quality Manager at our Fort Dodge, IA plant. This position plays a critical leadership role in facilitating the plant’s quality assurance policies and procedures, maintaining customer relationships, and directing plant continuous improvement initiatives.

** What You Will Do as the Quality Manager
*** Direct plant activities to ensure administrative quality procedures.
* Quality Control Software training, maintenance, and record control.
* Lead the plant's continuous improvement program and quality control software.
* Maintain quality records, forms, and equipment.
* Build and maintain customer relationships.
** What You Bring
*** High School Diploma or GED.
* 5 years of experience in quality control in a manufacturing environment.
* Strong knowledge of Statistical Process Control, Continuous Improvement, and quality systems management.
* Proficiency with Windows, ERP systems, spreadsheets, and data analysis tools.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, engineering, and customers.
