Industrial Electrical Technician - Mid

Location:

Fort Dodge, IA
Salary: $29.15 - $40.40 depending on experience

Hours:

6:30 am - 5:00 pm (4-day week)

What Will I Be Doing?

Daily responsibilities include:

• Working in a team-oriented, safety-conscious environment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Performing tasks with moderate supervision.
• Using hand and power tools daily.
• Working all shifts, including holidays and weekends as needed.
• Working from elevated areas with fall protection.
• Adhering to the published work schedule with flexibility.
• Working independently on assigned tasks.
• Maintaining compliance with all safety and operational regulations.
• Utilizing industrial powered vehicles.
• Installing, repairing, and maintaining industrial electrical components, including lighting, motors, inverters, and control systems.
• Calibrating and documenting functions related to flow, level, pressure, temperature, and analytical instrumentation.
• Performing wiring and termination tasks following industry standards.
• Meeting physical and safety requirements, including lifting, climbing, and operating tools and vehicles.
• Maintaining personal tools and completing administrative duties accurately.
• Providing excellent customer and employee relations.

What Makes Me Qualified?

• 2-5 years of mechanical experience or 1-2 years of related education.

Physical Demands

Must meet physical requirements such as lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing, operating tools and vehicles, and communicating effectively.
