Diesel Mechanic Technician Must Haves- Mechanical experience (diesel, automotive, AG, or military)

- Valid driver’s license
- Must have tools (tool program available)
- “You don’t need to show up with $10,000 in tools or years of experience—we’ll help you build that.”
- Post job offer physical and drug screen required
- CDL preferred but not required
- $21.50–$35/hr based on experience
- +$3/hr shift differential (2nd shift)
- $2,000 sign-on bonus

Shift:- Monday–Friday 7:00am–3:30pm OR
- 4‑day workweek options available 7:00am-5:30pm
- 2nd
Shift:- Monday–Friday 3:00pm–11:30pm
- +$3/hr shift differential!
- Maintain and repair Decker’s private fleet of trucks & trailers
- Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs
- Complete work orders and documentation
- Work with a team focused on quality and uptime.
- Other duties as assigned
