Entry Level Shop Assistant ! 1st Shift

Work on a private fleet — no flat-rate, no customer pressure!

• We're hiring Entry Level Candidates;
  We will train!
• Valid driver’s license
• Tool lease-to-own program available
• Post job offer physical and drug screen required

• Mechanical experience (diesel, automotive, AG, or military)
• CDL preferred but not required

• $20–$25/hr based on experience
• $500 sign-on bonus
  • $250 after
    30 days,$250 after
    90 days
• Weekly pay every Friday
• 4-day or 5-day workweek — your choice!

  Shift:
  • Monday–Friday 7:00am–3:30pm OR
  • 4-day workweek options available 7:00am-5:30pm

• Maintain and repair Decker’s private fleet of trucks & trailers
• Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs
• Complete work orders and documentation
• Work with a team focused on quality and uptime.
• Other duties as assigned
