Night Operations Office Assistant 3rd Shift

We’re currently looking for a problem solving and multitasking 3rd Shift Night Operations teammate to join our Operations Department.
3rd shift:
Rotating nights of 11pm - 7am Sun-Thu and most weekends 11pm - 11am Fri-Sat.

• Assisting with all after hours operations of the company by backing up Dispatch, Customer Service, Safety and HR with telephone and computer communications with our Drivers
• Answering phones and responding as required
• Heavy computer work and data entry
• Opportunity for growth into a daytime Operations position for the right person
• Other duties as assigned

• Proficient computer and multi-phone skills

• Transportation experience
