Enlisted Senior Trainer

Overview

Enlisted Senior Trainer role at Client Solution Architects (CSA) for a program at Fort Gowen, Idaho. This position is contingent upon contract award.

• Conduct doctrinal staff training on all Army Warfighting Functions, educating the command group and staff on Mission Command as well as directly supporting staff exercises in a trainer role.
• Ensure training requests adhere to the unit commander’s overall strategic plan and vision for the given training year.
• Track all approved events and inform the commander or staff of any changes or updates to the training event.

• Clearance:
  Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree (subject immaterial), be a graduate of the Battle Staff NCO Course, and have completed the Sergeants Major Academy.
• Possess previous Battalion level or higher echelon Sergeants Major experience.

• Brigade or Division-level Sergeants Major and primary staff NCOIC experience.
