Tower Operator

Fort Hood, TX

Tower Operators are the eyes and ears of a live-fire training range. Working from an elevated control tower, you monitor range activity, enforce safety limits, and communicate directly with the units training on the range and with Range Control. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role that's a great entry point into range operations, range safety, and defense-contracting career paths - many Tower Operators move into range maintenance, scheduling, or safety roles over time.

• Conduct routine physical security checks of the tower and surrounding area on a recurring schedule.
