• Complete all aspects of accounting, tax and audit engagements for clients including status updates to engagement managers and adherence to all quality control standards.
• Demonstrate understanding of the client's business through analysis and planning of engagements.
• Adhere to engagement budget constraints and complete assigned tasks within the required timeframe, explaining variances when needed.
• Achieve charge hour goals.
• Review associates' accounting, tax, or auditing work and provide constructive review points.
• Supervise associates on engagements when required.
• Train and mentor associate staff.
• Assist with client billing processes by supporting Managers or Directors.
• Develop knowledge in selected specialty practices.
• Leverage industry knowledge and business acumen to blend cross‑serve opportunities into client engagements.
• Participate in practice development activities such as membership in qualified organizations that can refer potential engagements.
• Execute administrative duties as assigned.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Master's degree in Accounting, Taxation or a related field.

• Bachelor's degree required;
  Master's degree preferred in Accounting, Taxation or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in public accounting or a related field.
• CPA candidates preferred.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work on multiple assignments, prioritizing each as necessary.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing at all organizational levels, both internally and externally.
• Proficient use of applicable technology.
• Must be able to travel based on client and business needs.
