Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support day-to-day accounting functions for a property management/HOA company
. This role will handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, maintain accurate financial records, and support monthly reporting. 3+ month length contract.

Responsibilities
  • Process Accounts Payable, including vendor invoices and payments
  • Manage Accounts Receivable, including homeowner dues and assessments
  • Post journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy
  • Perform bank and account reconciliations
  • Assist with monthly and year-end financial reporting
  • Maintain organized and accurate financial records
  • Respond to basic accounting inquiries from vendors and homeowners
