Franco Blueprint Partners is hiring a Junior Accountant. This is an early-career role with a real mentorship structure, open to recent graduates and to accountants making a move into a practice with range.
You will learn the craft inside a firm that values structure, foundation, and precision, not urgency theater.
The WorkOur clients span music, film, fashion, sport, hospitality, and cross-border ventures. You will see varied, interesting work early.
You will be mentored by senior staff and given a clear path to grow into a Senior Accountant role over time.
What You Will Own The shape of the work.- Perform reconciliations and prepare journal entries
- Support payroll runs and routine compliance tasks
- Assist with client support and day-to-day requests
- Help maintain clean, accurate books in Quick Books Online
- Learn full-cycle accounting under the guidance of senior staff
- Foundational accounting knowledge from study or early experience
- Eagerness to learn and a genuine care for accuracy
- Organized, reliable, and responsive
- Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new platforms
- A collaborative, low-ego approach to the work
- Recent accounting or finance degree
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Exposure to Quick Books Online
- Interest in cross-border or creative-industry clients
