Technical Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities & Duties Conduct research on complex accounting transactions under US GAAP and IFRS standards.

Monitor and analyze new accounting standards issued by regulatory bodies.

Prepare comprehensive technical accounting white papers and position memos.

Advise on accounting implications of transactions, contracts, and regulatory changes.

Collaborate with external auditors to defend technical accounting positions.

Draft footnote disclosures for financial statements under applicable standards.

Technical Accounting Manager

Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required.
6–10 years of progressive accounting experience, including technical accounting research.

Public accounting experience; 3+ years in technical advisory or assurance roles preferred.
