Controller, Accounting, Financial Controller

Location: Hybrid | Fort Lauderdale, FL

Salary: $140,000 - $160,000

• Direct partnership with the CFO and executive leadership team
• Opportunity to gain exposure to treasury, banking, corporate finance, and M&A activities

• Lead and develop an established accounting team
• Exposure to complex manufacturing and project-based accounting environments
• Opportunity to drive ERP enhancements, process improvements, and automation initiatives
• Partner with global finance stakeholders and senior business leaders
• Play a key role in improving profitability and operational performance
• Clear runway for growth into broader senior finance leadership responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and financial reporting
• Oversee accounting operations, audits, internal controls, and GAAP compliance
• Manage cost accounting, inventory accounting, and project accounting activities
• Partner with operational leaders to improve financial performance and profitability
• Drive ERP optimization, automation, and process improvement initiatives
• Support budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and growth initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA preferred
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a Controller, Assistant Controller, Director of Finance and understanding of cost accounting +
