Ace Recovery Group is a commercial collections agency specializing in Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) collections, UCC lien enforcement, and business debt recovery.

We are seeking an experienced Collections Specialist to assist with following up on UCC lien notices served to third-party vendors and facilitating the recovery of funds.

• Follow up with third-party vendors and businesses that have been served UCC lien notices.
• Communicate with accounts payable departments to confirm receipt and status of lien notices.
• Assist in facilitating the remittance of frozen or captured funds.
• Track and monitor funds being held by third-party vendors.
• Provide internal collections and legal teams with updates regarding frozen funds, captured funds, and payment statuses.
• Maintain accurate records of vendor communications and collection activity.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and resolution of outstanding matters.

• Prior collections experience required, preferably in commercial collections or accounts receivable.
• Experience with UCC liens or third-party collections is a plus.
• Strong phone communication and follow-up skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and communicate effectively with internal teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
