AV” rated law firm in downtown Fort Lauderdale is seeking a full time receptionist with a high level of professionalism to sustain and enhance client relationships. The ideal candidate must be an energetic self-starter and have the ability to work independently, with limited or no supervision. Very pleasant and professional environment. Candidate must be a team player, well-groomed and possess excellent oral and written communication skills .

Bilingual candidates preferred. Computer knowledge and front-desk experience required. Position entails:
Answering multi-line phone, docketing incoming mail, faxing, filing, handling, and organizing, managing & distributing mail, data entry, clerical, reserving conference rooms, and taking office supplies inventory. This position calls for a highly organized and customer-service minded individual, working internally with the Office Manager, and other office staff.

Office hours are from 8:00a - 5:00p Monday through Friday.
