We embed engineers onsite to monitor building systems and prevent failures. We help boards and managers stay compliant, avoid lawsuits, and protect projects with engineering reports (Milestone/Recertification, Phase 1 &
2) and reserve studies (30-year condo budgeting).
You’re selling critical compliance, prevention, and CYA — a board’s sleep-at-night insurance policy; their wallet knows the difference.

How you operateMon & Fri: Remote days. CRM grind. 100+ follow-ups. Decision-driving.
Tue–Thu: Field days. 15+ office visits/day. In the trenches. Target:
Property managers and CAMs managing condos.
Upfront payouts (close today, earn today).

What you need- 3+ years B2B sales (Construction, Insurance, HOA)
- Serious work ethic & self-discipline.
- Executive presence in boardrooms, luncheons, cold calls.
