Job Description
Our Client is looking for a Senior Business Architect to join a construction company here in South Florida. This person will be joining the Data Science team and working with leadership to help develop, plan and execute the strategy that results in optimizing best business processes for this division of the organization. A successful candidate would have experience organizing budgets, create internal business workflows and lead cross-functional improvement initiatives.
This person will come utilize lean and Six Sigma and oversee software development data driven projects. This is a Senior level role so they will need to have excellent interpersonal/relationship skills. This role is a permanent opportunity and requires to be on site five days a week.

Skills and Requirements- 6+ years of experience working in an enterprise environment either as a Business Analyst or Enterprise Architect
- Extensive experience in process optimization, operations or business management
- Experience with Six Sigma / Kaizen
- Conceptual knowledge of software development or data driven projects
- Strong Interpersonal skills, leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience in an Agile and Waterfall environment
- Certification in Black Belt or Green Belt
- Dev Ops Background
- Combination of software development and operations to enhance software lifecycle
