The Florida Department of Children and Families seeks a Human Services Program Consultant I to provide operational support to eligibility case processing in the Office of Economic Self-Sufficiency. The role involves reviewing and analyzing eligibility cases, resolving discrepancies, ensuring compliance with federal and state requirements, and supporting continuous improvement of statewide eligibility operations. This is an Other Personal Services (OPS) position located in Fort Lauderdale.
Keyqualifications:
- Knowledge of eligibility programs and public assistance operations
- Experience with case processing procedures and workflow management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Ability to analyze case information and identify processing issues
- Experience with quality assurance and continuous improvement principles
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
