Pay Rate: $17 / hr.

Full‑time, Monday–Friday, 8:45 a.m.–3:45 p.m.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience working with children (preferably those with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges).
• Successfully complete required screening:
  Level II background check, physical and drug screen.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Physical ability to bend, lift, stand, squat, walk, run, balance, reach, kneel, pull, and push while working with children and adolescents.
• Documented verification of completion of the 40‑hour childcare training mandated by the state of Florida (if not completed, must begin within 90 days of employment and finish within one year).
