We are currently seeking a high-impact Construction Superintendent with proven commercial construction experience to lead projects across the Florida peninsula. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced construction professional to manage both new and renovation projects across public and private sectors while growing with our organization.

• Coordinate all construction services and activities, ensuring smooth and efficient project execution
• Manage and supervise construction crews, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule and to specification
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure quality and compliance with contract requirements
• Interface regularly with clients, inspectors, and building officials to maintain clear communication
• Maintain detailed daily logs and weekly production reports to track project status
• Implement cost-effective techniques and strategies based on experience and industry knowledge
• Ensure strict adherence to project schedules, making necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
• Manage all field operations for assigned projects with the highest standards of safety and quality
• Control project budgets and proactively work to meet or exceed financial targets
• Support estimating efforts with field expertise and construction knowledge
• Exemplify the company's commitment to safety and core values in every aspect of work

• Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in commercial construction projects
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Experience with construction management software, particularly Procore
• Deadline-oriented with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable with construction technology
• A highly organized, driven professional who takes ownership of projects
• Commitment to maintaining cleanliness, safety, and order on construction sites
• Willingness to work in the Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and West Palm Beach, Florida areas
