We are seeking a Construction Worker Helper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our construction crew with various tasks, such as carrying materials, operating tools and equipment, and performing general labor duties. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

• Assist construction crew with various tasks, such as carrying materials, operating tools and equipment, and performing general labor duties.
• Load and unload construction materials and equipment from trucks and other vehicles.
• Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris, hazardous materials, and other obstacles.
• Set up and maintain construction site safety barriers, warning signs, and other safety equipment.
• Operate hand and power tools under the supervision of experienced crew members.
• Follow all safety regulations and procedures on construction sites.
• Collaborate with other workers to complete construction projects on time and within budget.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in construction or related field preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and perform a variety of tasks.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift and carry heavy materials and perform manual labor.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
