Superintendent Responsibilities- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, address issues, and provide guidance to subcontractors and project teams.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with a diverse team of subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to ensure project success and mitigate risks.
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- At least 7 years of experience in the commercial construction industry as a Superintendent.
- Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of construction codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
Our client company offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $140,000, based on experience. In addition, they provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical coverage, 401K, and more.
