VP Operations (Concrete Division) - General Contractor

South East Florida (Miami to West Palm Beach)

$200,000 - $250,000 + Profit Share + Project & Annual Bonuses

Are you a Concrete Operations Leader who thrives in the field, loves building teams, and knows how to further elevate a grow a group of companies? We’re partnering with a top-tier GC on a confidential, mission-critical hire that will become a cornerstone of the company’s growth over the next 5 years. Reporting directly to the President, this is a role built for a hands‑on, highly engaged operator who understands the work, the people, and the pace of the concrete world.

This leader will take full command of the concrete division, allowing the President to focus on strategic expansion and reinvestment while you drive day‑to‑day operational performance, consistency, and scale.

As the Senior Concrete Operations Manager, you will oversee the entire concrete division from estimating through closeout. You’ll lead Project Managers and Superintendents, manage subcontractor strategy and selection, and take responsibility for recruiting and developing a high‑performing General Superintendent. Your mandate is to create the systems, processes, and operational rhythm that enable the division to grow sustainably while ensuring quality, profitability, and delivery at every stage.
