Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (Weekends as needed)

About Us: Light Fire Printing is a fast‑growing DTF and Sublimation printing company serving Amazon, eBay, and other e‑commerce platforms. We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer who is detail‑oriented, proactive, and committed to working collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Position Overview: This role blends graphic design, print production, customer support, and hands‑on teamwork. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, adaptable, and ready to assist wherever needed to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Create and prepare print‑ready artwork for DTF and Sublimation.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot printing equipment.
• Support customer inquiries and order issues in a collaborative manner.
• Assist with social media graphics and basic marketing content.
• Organize design files and maintain timely, high‑quality production workflows.
• Participate in packaging, shipping, and fulfillment tasks as needed (lifting up to 50 lbs).

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and related design tools.
• Experience with DTF/Sublimation printing and equipment (preferred).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, problem‑solve, and meet deadlines.
