We’re seeking a You Tube Content Manager to take ownership of the creative direction, publishing strategy, and performance of the brand’s You Tube channel. This is a hands‑on, high‑visibility role that combines storytelling, production, and data‑driven optimization. The ideal candidate knows how to make a brand feel human on You Tube—building loyalty, engagement, and excitement through binge‑worthy, culturally relevant content. You’ll shape programming strategy, oversee video production, and drive measurable growth in views, watch time, and subscribers.

If you have a strong creative eye, an analytical mindset, and a passion for You Tube culture and trends, this role offers the opportunity to lead one of the most dynamic brand channels in the industry. Please note, this is a 6+ month contract position, 40 hours a week, hybrid (3 days onsite) in the Fort Lauderdale area.

Responsibilities
  • Content Strategy: Develop and manage a You Tube content strategy aligned with brand campaigns, cultural moments, and search trends. Maintain a balanced content calendar including long‑form videos, Shorts, and community posts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with brand, creative, and media teams to align content with broader marketing goals. Source and manage creators and talent that reflect the brand’s voice and objectives.
  • Production & Publishing: Oversee content production from concept to upload, ensuring consistency in brand voice and visual identity. Partner with editors and designers to create high‑quality videos and optimize metadata for performance.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Track key performance metrics and run A/B tests to refine content strategy. Collaborate with paid media teams to enhance reach and present insights to stakeholders.
  • Community Engagement: Foster audience connection through comments, polls, and community posts. Explore partnerships and stay up to date on You Tube trends, best practices, and emerging formats.
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience managing You Tube or digital video content for a brand, creator, or media company. MUST have You Tube content management experience.
  • Deep understanding of You Tube analytics, SEO, and algorithmic behavior.
  • Proven storytelling instincts with an understanding of pacing, hooks, and audience retention.
  • Experience managing creative production workflows from concept to post‑launch analysis.
  • Skilled in writing, editing, and collaborating with cross‑functional creative and marketing teams.
  • Proficiency with You Tube Studio, Google Analytics, and social listening or scheduling tools.
  • Passion for internet culture, creator communities, and brand storytelling through video.
