Junior Graphic Designer

The Junior Graphic Designer plays a key role in supporting the marketing team by creating visually compelling designs that elevate the company’s brand, products, and services. This position is ideal for a creative, detail‑oriented self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and is eager to grow their design expertise.

• Conceptualize and develop creative assets for a wide range of materials, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
• Prepare designs from initial concept through final production, including marketing collateral, mobile app interfaces, and brand strategy visuals.
• Partner with brand management leadership daily and provide support to other design teams as needed.
• Work closely with department heads to deliver engaging content for all social media channels.
• Offer feedback and recommendations on messaging and positioning during the design process.
• Utilize current design tools and adapt quickly to emerging technologies and platforms.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high‑quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to confirm artwork details and ensure timely delivery.
• Create and update website elements, including splash pages and landing pages.
• Apply discretion and creativity in decision‑making for significant design matters.
• Incorporate feedback to refine design skills and enhance output quality.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Associate or bachelor's degree in graphic design, Digital Media or related field.
• 2 years of professional experience
• Comprehensive portfolio of past graphic design work samples.
• Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro), Figma or Sketch, and other business software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Comfortable and effective working with senior‑level executives
• Passion for design, aesthetics, and high‑quality work is essential.
