The Streaming Production Assistant supports the day-to-day production and execution of CBS Sports Digital programming. Working closely with Producers and Associate Producers, this role assists with video, graphics, highlights, and other production elements for live and digital programming.

The Streaming Production Assistant will help prepare and distribute content across CBS Sports Digital platforms while gaining hands‑on experience in live streaming production, video editing, graphics, and control room workflows. This role is an important part of the production team and provides support across multiple CBS Sports Digital programs and platforms.

CBS Sports, a year‑round leader in cross‑platform sports coverage, broadcasts a portfolio of events on the CBS Television Network, including THE NFL ON CBS; college football, including the Big Ten ON CBS; college basketball, including the NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Championship; golf, including The Masters®, PGA Championship and PGA TOUR; soccer, including the UEFA Champions League and NWSL; and CBS SPORTS SPECTACULAR.

In addition, the division includes CBS SPORTS NETWORK, the 24‑hour cable home of CBS Sports which televises live sports programming throughout the year, including college football and basketball games, UEFA Champions League and Europa League action, Italy’s Serie A matches, Concacaf national team competitions, as well as a full slate of original programming and studio coverage.

• Assist Producers and Associate Producers with the day-to-day production of CBS Sports Digital programming.
• Build and fire live studio graphics using Ross XPression.
• Capture, edit, and assemble video clips using Adobe Premiere and other non-linear editing systems.
• Prepare highlights, one‑plays, interviews, and other video content for distribution across CBS Sports Digital platforms.
• Screen and organize video content for use across digital and streaming platforms.
• Edit, encode, and publish video content for digital distribution.
• Assist with the preparation of video, graphics, scripts, and other elements for live programming.
• Support control room and studio production as assigned.
• Help maintain accurate and organized production materials, files, and content.
• Work closely with Producers and Associate Producers to fulfill day‑to‑day production requests.
• Assist with special events, breaking news coverage, and other high‑priority programming as needed.
