* What You’ll Do:

*** Take ownership of the Center’s clinical schedule, coordinating prosthodontists, surgeons, clinical assistants, and lab technicians
* Ensure patients and prospective patients receive a world-class experience, from greeting to treatment
* Maintain operational efficiency through precise scheduling and communication with the clinical and administrative teams
* Manage the patient intake process, including forms, record scanning, and check-in/out procedures
* Set clear expectations for patients regarding wait times and next steps
* Support the General Manager with administrative duties such as deposits, reconciliations, and reporting
* Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming reception area
* Demonstrate problem-solving and multitasking skills to ensure smooth daily operations
* Perform additional duties as needed to support the Center’s success
** Skills and Experience We're Looking For:
*** Previous medical or dental office experience preferred
* Experience in scheduling, patient coordination, or treatment planning highly valued
* Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and empathy
* Proficiency in basic computer skills and comfort with electronic record systems
* A true team player with flexibility and a commitment to excellence in patient care
* Professional appearance and demeanor
