As a key member of our architectural division, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the successful execution of multifamily developments from concept to completion.

• Project Planning:
  Develop comprehensive project plans outlining goals, timelines, and resource requirements for multifamily architectural projects.
• Team Leadership:
  Lead and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of architects, designers, and engineers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Client Interaction:
  Interface with clients to understand their vision, provide project updates, and address any concerns, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Regulatory Compliance:
  Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements applicable to multifamily developments.
• Budget and Resource Management:
  Monitor project budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Quality Control:
  Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes to deliver high-quality architectural solutions for multifamily projects.
• Risk Management:
  
  Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Construction Coordination:
  Collaborate with construction teams to align architectural plans with construction processes, addressing any issues that may arise during construction phases.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Registered Architect.
• 10+ Years of experience, with some multifamily experience.
• Proven experience as an Architectural Project Manager, specifically in multifamily projects.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, construction processes, and building codes.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
